JENNIFER WILLIAMSON

CO-FOUNDER AND PARTNER

Jennifer Williamson has spent her life fighting for her fellow Oregonians. Early in her career, she worked for US Senator Mark Hatfield and Oregon’s state superintendent of public instruction, Susan Castillo, fighting to expand access to public education.

In 2012, she was elected to the Oregon House of Representatives, and was elected House Majority Leader by her colleagues just three years later. She championed criminal justice reform, women's health care, and policies to support working Oregonians and their families.

She has served as the interim executive director of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Oregon and on the boards of the Oregon League of Conservation Voters, Classroom Law Project, and Mercy Corps Northwest.

Prior to Swift, she was senior vice president at Strategies 360, where she led the state government relations practice and advised a wide range of clients on policy and politics.
